What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Then the delivery time depends on the chosen carrier.

Note : Custom stencils may require additional processing time.

SneakArts offers home delivery with Chronopost, but also in pick up point.

How can I check the status of my order ?

To track your order, click on the link available in the email sent by SneakArts when your order is shipped.

You can also track your order from your account or from the guest tracking page if you didn't create an account, using the order reference and email.

What should I do if I haven't received my package ?

You haven't received your order, contact us so we can :

- Report your package as lost to the carrier

- Check if the package has been returned.

In that case, if the address details you provided are wrong, or the recipient is unknown at the delivery address, you can request your package to be returned by paying the shipping costs, or request a refund of the products amount.

What if I encounter an issue with my order ?

If you encounter a problem (tracking issues, loss or damaged products), contact us by email ([email protected]) or using the contact form. Please include your order reference and photos of damaged products.

SneakArts cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing once the tracking info shows that it's been Delivered. Please contact the carrier or visit your local Post Office to see if they can locate your package.

What should I do if I forgot to claim my package ?

If you choose a Pick Up Point delivery, Si le colis n'a pas été réclamé en point relais, il sera alors renvoyé à SneakArts.

Contact us if you want :

- SneakArts to send again your order and pay for the shipping fees.

- Ask for a refund of the products amount (shipping fees not included).

How to return my order ?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Return costs are at your expense.

To submit a return request, please follow the steps bellow : 

  • - Send us an email : [email protected] or contact us with the contact form and provide your order reference
  • - Make sure the products are still in the original packaging and unused. If a product is damaged or used, it won't be refunded

Always return your package with a tracking number.
SneakArts will refund you once we received the package.

Can I exchange my products ?

If you wish to proceed to an exchange, please refer to the "How to return my order" section. Once your order has been refunded, you will be able to order the desired product.
