To place an order on our website, you certify that you are of age, and aware of the risks associated with using our accessories, to customize your sneakers. Indeed, the products contained in our Kits are intended for an elderly audience, measuring the risks associated with customization, and the use of: paints, varnishes, adhesive stencils... SneakArts cannot be held responsible for the misuse of its Kits/Accessories, or for making them available to children.
1 - General Terms of Sale
You declare that you have become aware of, and accept these terms and conditions of sale prior to the delivery of your order.
The validation of your order is therefore worth accepting the General Terms of Sale. Our products cannot be sold/resold separately, or used for commercial purposes. Also note that Sneakarts offers stencils with brand patterns and logos to help you make certain designs. However, any reproductions, complete or partial of a trademark, for commercial purposes, and/or that may cause confusion in the mind of the consumer (e.g. selling a shoe under the name of a brand, or clearly imitating an existing model, or having existed).
Unless there is evidence to the contrary, the data recorded on SneakArts.com are proof of all transactions made by its customers.
SneakArts reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer who does not meet payment security standards, or who has previously had a dispute with SneakArts.com
2 - Products
SneakArts offers on its website, a set of tools and accessories (in Kit, or on a unit basis), allowing you to customize your sneakers more easily. Whether you know how to draw or not; Whether you have an illness or disability (parkinson, paralysis), the kits and stencils offered by SneakArts help you create a pair in your image, with beautiful patterns, designs and logos, while minimizing errors.
SneakArts cannot be held responsible for misuse of the Kit, or Accessories (stencils, paint, brushes, masking tape), or any deterioration that could result from the stencil removal or removal process. All our products are aimed at a major audience (18 years or older), and should not be put in the hands of children! In case you are not of age, you certify, by validating your order on our website, that the use of the Kit will be in the company of an adult, who will supervise the activity.
Kit: refers to a set of products, brought together by SneakArts, to customize your shoes to the best of your ability. Our Kits contain: paints, varnishes, stencils, masking tape, brushes; as well as a cutter and/or permanent marker for the Kit Monogram and Premium.
Stencil: refers to an adhesive sheet/sticker made on vinyl ("stencil vinyl"), making it easier to draw a pattern or drawing by simply applying paint. The stencils are made by hand, so it is possible that there is a slight difference in the announced dimensions, ranging from 0.1cm to 1cm in total (Length - Width). It should also be noted that the smallest details, which are present on a stencil, can move during delivery, however this does not alter its use in most cases. The goal of a stencil is to be able to reproduce a drawing or pattern while minimizing the risk of making mistakes, especially if you are: disabled, sick, or have a disability, preventing you from drawing/painting properly.
Painting: refers to a more or less thick coloured fluid used to paint. The acrylic paint offered by SneakArts is of a higher quality than can be found in a creative leisure store. It has been tested on non-smooth and porous surfaces such as leather and faux leather. It should also be noted that no medium is added, in order to avoid any risk of allergy.
3 - Price
- The prices of our products are shown in euros all taxes included. Delivery information can be found on our website. The shipping fee is available from €40 purchase.
- SneakArts.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Customers already registered will then be notified by email of any major changes.
- A minimum purchase of 5 TTC excluding shipping costs is required in order to validate an order. Indeed, the processing of an order incurring minimum fees and services, a minimum amount is requested.
- The VAT rate applied is 20.00%, the rate in effect in France on 1 January 2014.
4 - Personal Data (GDPR)
Information and data about you are necessary for the management of your order and our business relationships. They can be passed on to companies that contribute to these relationships such as those responsible for executing services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the information we send to you.

Depending on your choices when you create or view your account, you will be likely to receive offers from our company as indicated when you create your account.
Sneakarts also complies with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR),which requires French companies with a website to protect their users in the processing of data, by notifying them, and asking for their prior consent.
SneakArts collects information only at the time of registration and ordering, in order to ship the package to your home. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you also agree to the use and processing of this information.
SneakArts does not offer a newsletter by default, it is the user who decides whether or not to subscribe to it. He can also cancel his free subscription to the newsletter at any time, from his account or from an email sent by SneakArts.
The information collected to validate your account and/or order is: your Name, First Name, Postal Address, Email.
Other optional information may be requested (Date of birth, Gender), you are free to share or not to share it. You agree to collect and process this information if you inform the fields of our form.
For any claims regarding the protection of your personal data, you can always contact us by email ([email protected]). You can also make a complaint (complaint) with the Cnil, as is provided for in French law.
5 - Availability
Product availability is shown on the product listing, next to the "Add to the Basket" button. By accepting the pre-order, you agree to book a product, as well as an additional delivery time displayed as an indication. Once the order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email, along with the tracking number of your package.
The current size of our company does not allow us to have stock all the time. Our stencils are made as orders are taken. A manufacturing period is therefore required. We are doing everything we can to limit this period to 5 days. However, during periods of high activity, this period may be slightly extended. We are transparent about the availability of our products, and the extra time to be expected in the event of a pre-order.

The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process (personal address or relay). When you order multiple products at the same time and they have different shipping times, the order shipping time is based on the longest time. SneakArts.com, however, reserves the possibility of splitting shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will then be charged for only one shipment.
SneakArts.com cannot be held responsible for any transport problems by the carriers (La Poste / Chronopost / Mondial Relay), whether it is a delay, a loss, a flight.
In the event of a delay in shipping by the carrier, an email will be sent to you and a complaint to the carrier will be made. We also invite you to check your order follow-up regularly and contact Customer Service for any questions or problems.
Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order will be cancelled unless otherwise stipulated and announced in the offer to sell.
7 - Payment
The payment of your purchases is made via the "Prestashop Checkout" system, which is fully secure and offers several ways to pay for your order, be it:

- by PayPal
We do not store any security payment data, and avoid keeping this information for future purchases on SneakArts.
No other means of payment is accepted (cheque, bank transfer...)
8 - Change, cancellation
MODIFICATION / ANNULATION: Your order is likely to go into production as soon as the payment is validated on our website. If you want to make a change or cancel it, it is therefore imperative to notify us by email and phone as soon as possible. Once you've prepared your order, we can't change or cancel it. The client will then have to wait to take possession of it and then exercise his right of withdrawal.
WARNING: Sending an email or recording a voice message on our answering machine is not worth accepting its content by our company and therefore does not constitute a cancellation or change taken into account. Only confirmation from us validates the change or cancellation.
No parcels in return (regardless of the reason for the return: order cancellation, order error, retraction, exchange ...) will be accepted without prior agreement to SneakArts.com by email.
9 - Retraction
In accordance with the law governing mail order for online sales, you have the option to return any item to us within 14 days of the day after the delivery date is fully refunded for the price of the item concerned. Delivery costs are not refunded. However, items that do not correspond to your expectation must be returned to us in their original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds of products under Articles 5 and 8 will be made within 14 days of receiving products through us.
The refund will be made by PayPal if the payment was made with this platform, or by bank transfer upon receipt of the recipient customer's RIB, addressed on behalf of the customer who placed the order and at the billing address within a maximum of 14 days (new regulations in force as of June 14, 2014).
At any time, the customer has the option to make a retraction request.
No parcels in return (regardless of the reason for the return: order cancellation, order error, retraction, exchange ...) will be accepted without prior agreement to SneakArts.com by email.
10 - Claims
Complaints must be sent by email to our customer service, [email protected], within 48 hours of receiving the order accompanied by a photo. Customer service will review your request and contact you as soon as possible.
WARNING: SneakArts cannot be held responsible for damage due to misuse in both handling and placing stickers.
No claim will be accepted beyond one month from the date the order is shipped. After this time, the package is deemed to be delivered and its contents accepted. No refunds or compensation will be made.
Article 11 - Security
Our site is the subject of a security system carried out by payment provider PRESTASHOP CHECKOUT.
For hosting, Sneakarts uses OVH, as well as the HTTPS protocol to encrypt TRANSACTIONs and HTTP queries.

WARNING: We don't answer questions about your orders on our Instagram account, but only questions about products featured on our site.
13 - Responsibility
The products on offer comply with current EU legislation and standards applicable in Europe. The liability of SneakArts.com cannot be incurred in case of non-compliance with the laws of the country where the product is delivered (for example in case of a ban on a product, certain images, etc.). It is up to you to check with the local authorities for the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

14 - Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the commercial courts will be competent. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Any use of our products for dishonest purposes, such as counterfeiting, or reproduction of existing products, for marketing purposes, is strictly prohibited by law.
