SneakArts receives a huge amount of requests regarding the orders, tracking and questions.

Make sure to select the right subject before contacting us and include the order id (in case your request is related to your order)

Contact us with the subject Request information

As described on our Delivery page, all orders are shipped between 24 and 48 hours (working days). It sometimes happens that the shipping time is longer, especially for customized stencils or when a product is out of stock.

Once the order has been shipped, you must take into account the carrier's delivery time. Sometimes packages can be delayed due to weather or other reasons.

In case the status does not change on the tracking url, or the delivery time is too long, feel free to contact the carrier before contacting us with the subject Delivery problem


To track the status of your order or package, go to your customer account or use the guest tracking. You can also get the tracking link in the Shipped email sent by SneakArts.


You can't track your order ?

If the tracking link does not work in the "Shipped" email sent by SneakArts or the delivery status does not change on the carrier's website.

Your package damaged, you receive the wrong product or a product is missing ?

Check the contents of your package, and contact us with the subject My Order using your Order ID


If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the subject My Order using your Order ID

You ordered in a pick-up point and forgot to collect your package on time ?

As described in the Terms & Conditions, returned packages can be re-shipped by paying the shipping costs, or you can request a refund of the total amount of the products.

Please contact us with the subject My Order using your Order ID, and specify in your message whether you would like a refund or SneakArts to send your order.

Important : Refund or reshipment of the package can only be done once the package has been collected by SneakArts. Please check that you have entered the correct address and telephone number in your customer area.

You didn't receive any email from SneakArts after placing an order or when the package is shipped ?

   - Check your SPAM

   - If you have an account, check that your email address is correct

If everything is correct, or if you ordered as a guest, contact us specifying your email, firstname and lastname with the subject Technical problem


You can't log in ? Try to reset your password and check your SPAM.
