As described on the Delivery page, all orders are shipped between 24 and 48 hours (working days). It sometimes happens that the shipping time is longer, especially for customized stencils or when a product is out of stock.

Once the order has been shipped, you must take into account the carrier's delivery time. Sometimes packages can be delayed due to weather or other reasons.

In case the status does not change on the tracking url, or the delivery time is too long, feel free to contact the carrier before contacting us.


To track the status of your order or package, go to your customer account or use the guest tracking. You can also get the tracking link in the Shipped email sent by SneakArts.


You can't track your order ?

If the tracking link does not work in the "Shipped" email sent by SneakArts or the delivery status does not change on the carrier's website, contact us.

You ordered in a pick-up point and forgot to collect your package on time ?

As described in the Terms & Conditions, returned packages can be re-shipped by paying the shipping costs, or you can request a refund of the total amount of the products.

Please contact us with the order number, and specify in your message whether you would like a refund or SneakArts to send your order.

Important : Refund or reshipment of the package can only be done once the package has been collected by SneakArts. Please check that you have entered the correct address and phone number in your customer area.

Your package is damaged, you received the wrong product or a product is missing ?

Check the contents of your package, and contact us using your order number.

If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with the subject My Order using your Order ID

You can't validate your order, use a discount code or the SneakArts website is not working ? Or you can't log in to SneakArts, even after resetting your password ?


You didn't receive our email after placing an order ?

   - Check your SPAM box

   - Login to your account and check that your email is correct
