How to mix colors ?
Using a color palette
The simplest technique is to use a wide range of colors to find the most suitable mix. With a Mix Unmix tool, you can easily find a shade from more than 50 paints.
To use the tool:
- Click on Pick to the right of the tool
- Choose a color in Hexadecimal (HSV) or from a photo that you import
- Click on Get Mix
- Close the window to find the proportions
Mixing primary colors
The other technique, a little more complicated, consists of mixing the primary colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) to find the desired shade.
The advantage is that you only need 3 paints, but the disadvantage is that it is much more difficult to find the color. Simply because it is very difficult to have a paint that corresponds 100% to the primary color.

How to make purple with primary colors?
To make purple with the primary colors, simply mix Magenta and Cyan in equal parts (50/50) in a jar or in your palette. Then you will obtain a beautiful color.
If you want to obtain other shades of purple, you can also mix Magenta and Blue, Cyan and Red or Blue and Red.
