Our tips for applying University Blue paint to suede :
- Clean the suede before applying the paint
- Dilute the University Blue paint with 50-60% water
- Brush the suede once the paint is dry to regain the soft side
Our tips for applying University Blue paint to leather:
- Prepare the leather using the stripper and a cotton pad
- For front parts or areas subject to creasing, sand with 400-grit sandpaper
- Remove sanding dust with paint remover
- Make sure you've run out of paint remover by wiping with a damp cloth
- Apply the paint in 2 to 3 thin coats, respecting the drying time
- Add a varnish 24 hours later to protect the paint
